PARK ROW by Bosa Development is a 22-story tower located in Bellevue, Washington. The presentation features three large format displays, powered by multiple iPad tablets agents use for simultaneous guided tours.

The iPad experience is designed specifically for sales agents, providing them with complete control over any display in the presentation center. Agents have the ability to showcase any content on demand, and create collections for side-by-side plan comparisons, all tailored to cater to the needs of prospective buyers.

The experience is fully integrated with the project CRM. This provdes sales agents with real-time data, including unit availability, pricing, and other details.

Feature Wall Control

Using an iPad, agents have full control over the feature wall, allowing them to explore available units on the immersive building model, display plans and views side by side, and showcase panoramic views across the entire feature wall.

Display Control

iPad controllers can take command of the two touchscreen displays in the main space, as well as the two closing/conference rooms and the finishes design space. This enables agents to extend the interactive experience beyond the initial interactions, facilitating discussions about closing details or finish options. These additional displays fully support all the same content as the main presentation space.
