The Table
A 14-display table powered by four separate computers and featuring a 2 meter tall building model with integrated lighting, Yonge + Rich at 25 Richmond Street in Toronto is a sophisticated sales tool that allows agents and guests to explore plans, views, and neighbourhood amenities.

Experience
The table featured 14 displays. Two of these were fitted with through-glass touch film, which allowed users to interact with the table. Upon doing so, the five screens surrounding their touch area would come to life with plans, views, and neighbourhood locations. Both sides of the table can be used at the same time, each with their own respective 6 displays. When not in use, the screens display a timeout animation highlight the intersection of Yonge and Richmond streets.

Development
There were several iterations of the table interface and experience. The original concept featured a free-form user interface, focused primarily on key locations in the neighbourhood surrounding the building. This was changed to a more conventional
Integration
Model Lighting
A key element to the table was the integration of physical building model lights into the experience. When a unit in the building is selected on the touch screen, the floor it is on is illuminated in the physical model.

Yonge and Richmond was a resounding success, and was awarded the CGArchitect 2013/2014 award for best Interactive project.
