MAGNA is a mid-rise development in the Calgary, Alberta University District. It's an iPad-guided experience controlling two large video walls, showcasing the development's amenities, floor plans, views, renders, and virtual tours.

The iPad tablet controller allows agents to easily select and project specific content onto either of the walls the space, providing a seamless and customizable experience for buyers. This feature ensures that agents can provide a clear and concise overview of the development's features and amenities, enhancing the buyer experience and streamlining the process of exploring the property.

Each video wall in the presentation can display projected content from the iPad controllers.

Building Exploration

MAGNA offers a comprehensive 3D scene that enables agents and potential buyers to explore units across both buildings of the development. Users can refine their search for available units using filters for building, type, size, and exposure.

Tours

The dynamic tour system enables agents to guide potential buyers through a variety of suite plans in the development, offering a total of 12 virtual tours. Agents can either use visible indicators within the tours for navigation or choose a specific space using the tour navigator. Additionally, the tours are designed to support direct touch input and a distinctive gyroscopic input, transforming the iPad into a portal to the virtual environment.
