The 567 CLARKE PENTHOUSE VR experience was designed as a cutting-edge sales tool for Marcon to showcase their high-end penthouse units. This fully immersive, room-scale VR experience allowed potential buyers to explore the space in real-time, while also providing the ability to view the unit at different times of day and compare two different material options. The result was a powerful and engaging tool that helped to enhance the buying experience and drive sales.

The intuitive interface allows users to seamlessly navigate the space, with the added ability to manipulate the environment by changing the time of day or selecting different material options, all through the use of hand controllers or voice commands.

The experience can also be controlled via an iPad, allowing sales agents to guide users through the virtual tour. Agents have the same abilities as the user to jump between space options, materials, and times of day, but can also place the user at any spot within the penthouse.
