Instead of viewing plans as 2D images, they're visible in full 3D. Users can move around the plans, change their furnishing options, and explore the layouts.

The model building can scale down and reveal a map of near by neighbourhood amenities and local transit routes.

The entire experience can be controlled by an iPad guide that displays both the same virtual objects, as well as the positions and directions of the wearers as they view the holograms. The iPad guide can even switch to first-person views on the tablet to follow along with what the wearer is seeing.
