TAZA is one of the largest First Nations-led developments in North America. A joint venture between the Tsuut'ina Nation and Canderel, the project features three interconnected villages: Taza Park, Buffalo Run, and The Crossing.

To support the ongoing growth of these villages, a Master Plan Presentation Centre was established in Taza Park. The space boasts a massive 16-display video wall paired with intuitive iPad controllers.

Through this interactive setup, agents can guide visitors through an immersive 3D experience centered around a virtual model of the community, uniquely stylized to look like physical wood. From this digital centerpiece, agents can explore the development's future amenities and points of interest, bringing each location to life with a curated mix of photos, renderings, animations, and virtual tours.

iPad

Designed specifically for sales agents, the iPad interface provides a private preview of the content before it is displayed on the video wall. The application displays public details for each point of interest alongside private, agent-only reference notes. Using the Real-Time Explorer, agents can navigate effortlessly between villages and seamlessly call up images, renderings, animations, and virtual tours directly from their device.

Feature Wall

The focal point of the Presentation Centre is the massive 16-display video wall, offering an immersive canvas for exploring the master plan's villages, developments, and media. On this display, each village is represented as a stylized, virtual wood model highlighting featured developments. The system is built for growth; as new developments are launched, the immersive 3D scene is updated to incorporate new architectural models, assets, and details.

Portable Presentations

A desktop adaptation of the iPad application, the remote tour allows Taza agents to operate the platform on their laptops or desktop computers. This flexibility ensures the complete Taza interactive experience is accessible anywhere, making it an ideal tool for off-site meetings with interested parties or screen-sharing during video conferences.

Display Control

iPad controllers can take command of the two touchscreen displays in the main space, as well as the two closing/conference rooms and the finishes design space. This enables agents to extend the interactive experience beyond the initial interactions, facilitating discussions about closing details or finish options. These additional displays fully support all the same content as the main presentation space.
