iPad

The iPad experience is designed specifically for sales agents, providing them with complete control over any display in the presentation center. Agents have the ability to showcase any content on demand, illuminate specific units on the physical building model, and create collections for side-by-side plan comparisons, all tailored to cater to the needs of prospective buyers.

Feature Wall

The presentation center's centerpiece is a massive single video wall, offering an immersive experience for exploring the development's plans and amenities. It acts as a large canvas, allowing sales agents to place multiple pieces of content on the screen at once, creating a custom viewing experience for prospective buyers.

Suite Lighting

In the center of the main space, there is a stunning model of the building that supports unit illumination. Sales agents can use their iPad tablets to light up specific units on demand.

Display Control

iPad controllers can take command of the two touchscreen displays in the main space, as well as the two closing/conference rooms and the finishes design space. This enables agents to extend the interactive experience beyond the initial interactions, facilitating discussions about closing details or finish options. These additional displays fully support all the same content as the main presentation space.
