Buyers use a real-time 3D building model to explore the available units.

Users can select filtering options to narrow the scope of available units. Filtering options include availability, unit type, view exposure, and square footage.  

Multiple views are available for each unit, including 5 views for units at the corner of Market St and Turk St.

Users can save units to a collection for comparison from both the plan screen and on the real-time 3D building model. Units in the collection appear as red highlights.

The compare screen displays two units side-by-side with their details, plan, keyplate, and view. Users can change between units for comparison. Units can also be removed from the collection.

A VR tour viewer is included in the experience, allowing the user to explore the amenities level at Serif.

Galleries include renderings and photos of the building, amenities, and neighbourhood points of interest.

A neighbourhood map allows users to explore points of interest around Serif. Locations are grouped into categories: restaurants, coffee, shopping, leisure, and bars.
